Posted - 06/19/2007 : 01:55:36 AM A few months ago I bought a past life regression CD. I really didnt know what to expect, but I thought Id give it a shot.
The first time I used it, it worked beautifully. I clearly regressed to the late 1800s where I was a monk (not a very good one)in Tibet. I also saw myself as an Aztec (or similar) in the 1400s, a nasty drunken German in the 1500s, and finally, and most clearly as a Japanese pilot in the Philippines in 1944.
I thought all this was cool at first.
Then I was called to Japan on a business trip. Id never been there and was excited to go. When I was there I felt like I was home. One day, I had some free time and I went to a Japanese war museum. I was so excited to see the Zero. (when I was a kid I built a lot of models) As I went through the museum, I felt my emotions getting stirred up. The last display room had thousands of pictures of Japanese soldiers, sailors, and pilots that died in WW2. Before I knew it I had burst into tears. (I am a 48 year old man that doesnt cry often).
In my regression my best friend had been hurt. We were caught by a surprise bombing raid before we could get our planes up. I leaned my friend against a tree and ran to get help. On the way across the open field a bomb exploded and killed me.
So, whats the problem? Well the problem is that I feel more connected to that life than my life now. I feel sad that my life was taken from me and I couldnt even say goodbye to my familiy (I had a wife and 2 kids in Japan) or to save my friend. Or to make my final mission. Then I am reincarnated 15 years later and born the son of an American guy that fought against me. (whom I have never been close to)
You know, its weird but I remember when I was a kid, I used to pray I would be Japanese. Now I see why. I am a Kamikaze pilot trapped in a white business guys body 60 years later.
I may sound crazy. But I am really a pretty standard (no one is normal) guy. I am a professional, live in the suburbs, have a nice house, and have been in a relationship for 13 years.
What do I do? How do I get past this and either move on with my current life or go back to the past one and complete a few things so I can move on?

Posted - 12/21/2009 : 5:24:39 PM I agree with bluwizz in terms of booking a session with someone who specializes in past life regression, so that you can get some closure there. I wonder if you would have had these same feelings had you not gone through the regression, perhaps you would have but they might not have been so strong. After all, you did mention feeling connected to Japan as a child. But then young children often recall previous lifetimes on their own. |

Posted - 06/11/2008 : 02:49:58 AM Go back to examine your past Japanese life. Look at the really good parts, you had family and children, look at it all. Now process what you know and learned there and see what positive information you learned there that you can bring back into this life and apply it here.
You say you feel very connected to the past life. OK, You have the opportunity to bring good information, and maybe some cautions, from there to here. You were shown there for a reason, apply it.
If necessary book a session with another hypnotist who can help guide you through another regression back to Japan to enable youto get completion there. |

Posted - 06/19/2007 : 4:24:18 PM In a previous life I was a left handed midget with Tourette's Syndrome and in another I was Napoleon (wait, maybe that was the same past life?)
I am joking, of course, as I personally dont take the past life regression thing so seriously - however whatever the client takes seriously IS important. So if we have a client who believes, then we use what is given by the past life regression session, if we can, to help with whatever is going on in this life.
My point, if I ever get around to making one, is that you should live the life you have now. Use the gift (or curse) of the past experience you had to make THIS life better. You were obviously drawn there for a reason; so feel free to allow that to move into your past now. For whatever reason you needed that then - it is now in the past and you should look forward to the future in this life with a great feeling, knowing that you had that emotional experience.
For some reason you needed that other life experience to help you progress through this life. Smile about it - feel really good for a few moments - now move on.
