 listening to multiple hypnosis cds?

Is there a limit to how many hypnosis CDs you can listen to at a time? I had some success listening to a hypnosis CD recently, and because my husband works and the kids are at camp for the summer, I have lot's of free time in the day. My question is, how many tapes can I listen to in a day for different subjects? For example; one for weight loss, one for confidence, one to stop procrastination, etc. Would this just be too much for my mind to handle or would I actually be able to make progress with each CD? Is there a good way to do this, like taking a couple of hours between different sessions?

There is something from mathematics threshold, this is if you do a repeated action repeatable with out a brake- then it will reach threshold and not work any longer. This can happen if you over use a CD to much. so as a guide listing to 3 session a day would be fine and allowing a 20 minute gap between, listening is recommended as it take the other than conscious mind about that time to process and integrate information. I would not suggest working only on one thing at a time, so there is no contamination from other session, and if you decide to work on more than one issue at a time give yourself at least 4-6 hours gap.


If it has consciousness it's already in a trance.

Check to see if there is a prescription or instructions with the audio programs you have.

In most cases people recommend listening to only one audio program at a time and NOT to mix the programs. Try not to take on too much all at once. I am sure there are people who can do more than one at a time but when you are first starting, as with anything new, it is best to start slow.

On our audio programs we suggest people start with only one program and listen to it only once a day for 20 days. When that program's full 20 days are completed then move on to the next program and so forth. Trying to do too much, all at once, may cause all the programs to fail. I suggest you start with what you feel is the easiest one, just do one program at a time; when you have seen some improvement on that and have completed the recommended amount of days then move on to the next. We suggest people continue to complete the full 20 days even if they find the program was completely successful after less than the 20 days. Some people also find it helpful to go back to listen to a completed program from time to time, months or even years later.
