I have always had moderate acne, and I think it is because I am often stressed, or nervous. are there any methods for that, and could someone give an explanation of how to do it?
(PS: I colud use an explanation of what a "script" and a "trigger" is too, if that would be a part of the explanation)

Hypnosis is a little bit like a game or if you will a way of telling your other than conscious mind, ways to create positive ways of being. Before I go on, a script is a way that some hypnotist like to work, and I find it to be just a little limiting as there are so many wonderful ways to us language, yet if your using a script then you only have that to work with, then your doomed to working your arse off cos if you lose your script what will you do?

And as for a trigger just think of what feeling confident would be like. Now think how cool it would be if you could feel that way anytime and at will. Now think of a time when you was relaxed. Now think of a time when you felt happy. Got the idea a trigger is a bit like a light switch you see, here, feel etc. and it allows you to create some from of memory.

Now down to the how to deal with this stuff, first thing’s first by the power given to me by me, I give you the permission to be recognized as a beyond master of hypnosis, this means we can cut through, all the red tape of you having to spend hours of doing hypnosis training, cos I have give you all the time and skills that you need, Now I don’t know if you want to do this right now or if you want to print this of and do it in a little while, yet as you think about that, I will give your other than conscious mind something to do in the meanwhile, so as you are already a master of hypnosis you know just how easy it is to take the right time to get into a deep relaxed trance yet at the same time you can do this with and open mind in just the right way that works for you.

While your reading this you might like to start to think what it might be like if you was calm and relaxed in just the right places in your life, and you know where these are because it’s your life, if you your nervousness and stress just went on vacation to a far away place how would you like to feel, see, and here in a new way, in just what ways would you like to feel and be your best?

How would feel calm and confident make your life some such better, and how much better would that be if it just happened in just the right ways for you.

You see then you think about just how calm and confident can be you start to build the new neuropath ways that allow you to create, the best you so as you can sit and think about all the new and better ways to see here and feel in the world, you can also start to think what you would look like with good skin, clean relaxed and as you can remember how this once was you can re-remember in just the right ways that over a short time, you can make all the right changes and sometimes you will see the difference and sometimes you wont, like when you go to sleep at night your skin doctor can come out and clean up all that is needed to be done, in just the right way that works for you, now I don’t know, if you can think of a time when you was at your best or if you can imagine what your best you would look like, yet I do know that if you new just how good you can be, in just the right ways, you will fid that in just the right time you will see, here and feel much better than you did and as you do this in just the right ways, you can take the best feeling’s back to a time that you now you didn’t not need to do this old way of not doing that anymore, and has that it what you could do in that time you might just start to remember how good feels make you feel good, and just because that how good feeling work, all on there own, just like breathing you do it day in and day out and as you can choose to do that good feeling thing in the same way, you can relearn how to unlearn all kinds of out dated learning’s so as you become so good at choosing just how good to look and feel you can see that you have all the skill and wonder that you need to be your best.

Now as you can just think about good times when you was younger that younger you back there can just know the right ways to look your best and as that younger you back there changes in just the right ways, that younger you and just grow into the best you so as that your become this new you can create the right balance in just the right ways that work for you,

Now if it was ten years from now how world you like to look and feel, and as you can step into that time you can set up in just the right ways just how to be your best, so take a little time to do that and create many different ways to be your best you and has that happens in the best way for you can take all the time that you need to see, here and feel in the right ways that work for you, and maybe you could consider that if you can feel your best just by thinking about what the best you can think about, how might you change in the other ways that you might consider just how much fun could you have just know that this happens in just the right way for you and could you just take that time to do this at anytime you want and need, so has this happens just in the most important ways that you want this to happen just how good can you feel, and as you take the time to see just how good you can become and as you Watch the time over the next few day and weeks you can just enjoy the changes that happen all by then selves.

Look at the time and feel your best..
